Rodent Control

We're generally kept very busy in the winter months treating rodents (rats and mice) and infestations.  Rodents are looking for warmer housing especially during the autumn-winter months due to the dropping temperatures hence the reason they try to move indoors.  They can do quite a bit of damage to a home/building - they've been known to chew through electrical wiring, ceilings, plastic water pipes etc.  Once rodents have gained access to a building, it will require a persistent approach from a rodent exterminator to have them successfully removed.

Sometimes a home can seem very attractive to rodents because of ease of access i.e. small open wall cavities;  a tree beside a house/building that gives a rodent direct passage to the roof and then into the roof cavity; or because of a nearby food source i.e. fallen fruit from trees and lying on the ground, or rubbish etc.
