We've been working as a husband and wife duo for 20 years now - Phil is a licenced PMANZ technician and Laurice looks after the office and admin.  As a team, we commenced working in the pest control industry (as MCC Property Services, Queenstown) back in 2004 within the commercial, hospitality and residential environments.  After spending some time in Australia we worked in Dunedin for a period, and finally relocated to Wanaka in 2024.

Having lived in both the North and South Islands and Australia - we always had a longing to return to Central Otago.  We both love the outdoors and the environment that Wanaka has to offer, plus the benefit of close accessibility to an international airport just over the hill in Queenstown.
