We've been working as a husband and wife duo for over 20 years now - Phil is a licenced PMANZ technician and Laurice looks after the office and admin.  As a team, we commenced working in the pest control industry (as MCC Property Services, Queenstown) back in 2004 within the commercial, hospitality and residential environments.  After spending some time in Australia, we worked in Dunedin for a period, and finally relocated to Wanaka in 2024.

We love the outdoors and the environment that Wanaka has to offer with the bike trails, walking tracks, mountain and lake activities, golf courses, local eateries and vineyards.
